Nice-inspired cuisine with Mediterranean flavours
Nice takes pride of place in the dishes at Calade rooftop restaurant. Sunny cuisine, rich in flavours, prepared using fresh and seasonal products, as well as a selection of regional wines and beers. Freshness, authenticity and “homemade” are the key words of the food prepared by Chef Maxime Bernard, with a special focus on seafood.
To enjoy the food and the view, guests eat surrounded by modern and sophisticated decor created by the designers Fabrice and Didier Knoll. In this haven of peace and light, the azure, turquoise and pastel blues mix with the infinite shades of the sky and sea. The glass and wood tableware is combined with large tables and rounded seating, whilst the varied colours provide a touch of summer to cuisine which is full of sunshine.
